Francine and Mark have taught and performed at public and private schools, colleges, universities, correctional facilities,hospitals, churches and cultural arts centers. They are founders and co-executive directors of ACTS 17:28 MINISTRIES, a ministry based in Ohio.

Minister Mark H. Butler has a B.S. Degree in
criminal justice form Bowling Green State
University and an A.A. Degree in law
enforcement from Owens Community College
both in Ohio. He has a Masters of counseling
ministries and a Master of Divinity from the
Methodist theological school in Ohio.
He has received graduate credit in
theatre/education from Bowling Green State
University and the University of Toledo, and
has received additional theological training
from Trinity Lutheran Seminary, Payne
Theological Seminary, and the Pontifical
College Josephinum. Minister Mark received
his Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from the
Spiritual Care and Education Center in Ohio. He
studied dance in Ohio at the Toledo School of
Ballet and Bowling Green State University. His
pantomime training was done with Greg
Goldston, Marcel Marceau, Stefan
Niedzialkowski, Paul Curtis, Philip Burton, Dr E.
Reid Gilbert, and Tony Montanaro. He has also
studied at the Laban/Bartenieff Movement
Institute in New York City.
Minister Francine P. Butler
received her training in dance
from the High School of the
Performing Arts in New York and
graduated from Purchase College
in New York with a BFA degree in
dance. She has studied in the
studios of Alvin Ailey, Dance
Theatre of Harlem, Martha
Graham, Finis Jung, Jose Limon,
and Dianne McIntyre. Minister
Francine has studied voice and
acting with teachers throughout
the New York City area. She
received her theological training
at the Methodist Theological
School and Payne Theological
Seminary both in Ohio. In addition,
she has completed a unit of
clinical pastoral education (CPE)
with the Spiritual Care and
Education Center and holds a
M.Ed. degree in special education
from Bowling Green State
University both in Ohio.
